The Role:
We're looking for recent graduates or college leavers to join the Account Development team where you will work with a senior Account Manager as a team to research, contact and generate the interest of existing and new clients in the French market.
Main Responsibilities:
- Research your target companies and prospects.
- Arrange and join meetings with your senior sales manager.
- Use Linkedin, email and cold calls to make contact with target accounts.

Requirements:
- Verbal & Written communication skills. Ambition, taking ownership of your work and a desire to learn and succeed are the most important factors to be considered for this role.
- Ability to stick to a structured process.
- Organisation skills to arrange calls and interviews.
- Confidence to pitch an opportunity to potential candidates who have a lot of experience.
- Ideally 6months + experience in a customer facing role.
- Ideally some experience calling prospects or clients on the phone.
- Ideally experience with Linkedin and email out reach.
- Experience in a software and/or SaaS company is a huge bonus! But not expected.
Offer:
- Salaries range from 36k - 40k base salaries depending on experience, the team you join and performance. Take take home salary, including commission, will range from 50k with no cap (unlimited). With the highest earners taking home 100k.
- There are multiple options regarding career progression. Typically an ADR will progress after 1-2 years and become an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, and ADR Manager, Enterprise Sales Contributor, Technical Sales Contributor with Marketing also being an option. The Enterprise teams typically have 5 years experience with 100k-120k base salaries with on target earnings of 200k+.
